I have some exciting news! (not pregnant, not engaged, not a lottery winner, sorry to get your hopes up) I have been invited to participate in an event at this weekend’s Eco Design Fair here in Shanghai called Chef’s Corner.
I am not in any way a professional chef, but the event organizers don’t seem to mind. So this Sunday I will be doing a live cooking demo with some great organic veggies provided by a local farm. I don’t wanna spoil the surprise, but let’s just say there might be beets and carrots involved.
Anyone in Shanghai who likes to cook and eat healthy food should come by! There will be chefs cooking on Saturday and Sunday, and EDF encompasses all aspects of sustainable, healthy living, so there will be more than just food.
